How to Make Milky Fish Soup in Wuthering Waves?

To make Milky Fish Soup, start by talking to Xuanyin to begin her quest, “Listen to Animals’ Words: Translation of Cat’s Language”.

You’ll need three ingredients:

  1. Fish
  2. Angelica
  3. Perilla

Here’s how to find them:

  • Fish: You can catch fish in various bodies of water like lakes, rivers, and ponds. Fish are often easy to spot swimming around. You can also buy fish from Mahe, the grocery store owner near Panhua’s restaurant in Jinzhou, for 1,500 Shell Credits.
  • Angelica: Look for Angelica in the wild around Jinzhou. These plants have a light blue-purple color. You can also purchase Angelica at Shifang Pharmacy in Jinzhou for 1,000 Shell Credits each.
  • Perilla: Find Perilla in the wild north of the Resonance Beacon in the Huanglong-Central Plains. This plant has a deeper purple color. Perilla is also available at Shifang Pharmacy for 1,000 Shell Credits each.

Once you have all three items, head to Panhua’s restaurant to use the cooking station. This restaurant is near the starting location of the “Translation of Cat’s Language” quest and is marked by a knife and fork icon.

If you haven’t done the cooking tutorial yet, you can quickly complete it before making the Milky Fish Soup. After preparing the soup, return to Xuanyin to complete the quest.

Also, When you eat Milky Fish Soup, you get back 40 stamina. It’s handy if you’re flying or fighting. There are fancier recipes that give you more stamina later, but for now, Milky Fish Soup is a good choice because it’s cheap and does the job well.
