To get the Charm of Versatile Skills in the Iki Island DLC, reach the Legend rank of Legacy Redeemer by completing missions and fighting Mongols, then liberate Zasho River Crossing. This charm doubles the effects of your minor charms, provided they aren’t from the same category.
To get the Charm of Versatile Skills in the Iki Island DLC, you need to fulfill two conditions. First, you must reach the Legend rank of Legacy Redeemer on Iki Island. Then, you have to liberate Zasho River Crossing.
To increase your Legend rank, complete main story missions, Tales of Tsushima, or Mythic Tales in Ghost of Tsushima. These give a “Major Legend Increase.”
You can also earn a “Minor Legend Increase” by liberating towns and villages on the map. Another way to increase your rank is by fighting Mongols in random encounters you find while exploring Tsushima. Taking down these groups will give you a minor boost in your Legend rank.
If you engage in enough of these random encounters, you can even go up a whole rank and earn more Technique Points. Once you reach the Legacy Redeemer rank, just liberate Zasho River Crossing to get the Charm of Versatile Skills.
