One Fallout 3 player, known as Nerbit, decided to take on a wild challenge—killing nearly every NPC and enemy in the game. This led to a massive killing spree that left the game’s world nearly empty.

Nerbit’s goal was clear: eliminate every NPC that wasn’t needed for a quest. If an NPC was important for a quest, they were safe until the quest was completed.

After that, Nerbit made sure to take them out too.

This isn’t the first time Nerbit has done something like this. They’ve also completed similar runs in Fallout 4 and Fallout: New Vegas. Both of those playthroughs involved a lot of kills and required some mods to make it happen.

By the end of this intense run, Nerbit had some impressive stats to show off. They finished 41 quests and visited 107 different locations.

Along the way, they picked 67 locks and hacked 29 computers. To survive, they used lots of meds to fight radiation and consumed 259 stimpacks to stay alive.

Nerbit ended the run at level 30, which might seem a bit low, but they maxed out their XP gains, so that could be the reason.

Now, let’s talk about the kill count. Nerbit took down 970 creatures and 833 people during this playthrough.

The video showing this run ends with Nerbit using the MIRV weapon, which fires multiple mini-nukes, to blast their own character. So, you could say they added one more to the total.

One thing to note: the game’s kids are immortal, so they couldn’t be killed. This might be a relief for some players, but it also raises some questions about the game’s moral choices.

Sadly, there wasn’t any special ending or final dialogue after Nerbit wiped out everyone, but then again, there wasn’t anyone left to say anything.
