How to Get South Map Fragment in Shadow of the Erdtree?
Getting the southern Map Fragment in Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree is pretty straightforward, especially with Torrent to help you.
Once you have it, this Fragment will reveal the entire southern map, including the Cerulean Coast, Hidden Charo’s Grave above it, and Jagged Peak.
Here’s how to get there:
- Start at the Castle Front Site of Grace (in front of Castle Ensis) and head southeast.
- Choose the middle path among the three or four southern paths you’ll see on your map (check the screenshot for reference).
- Follow this path downward into a small poison swamp. Stay to the left and keep moving.
- Find the pond with a large crab and a Miranda Bloom. Enter the cave just behind the Miranda Bloom.
- Reach the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace. From here, continue south, carefully moving along the rocks by the waterfall until you reach Ellac River Downstream.
- Continue southeast, platforming down the right side of the waterfall.
- Keep moving southeast. When you see the Furnace Golem, stay to the right.
- Find the small opening in the cliff that leads to the Cerulean Coast. Your nearest Site of Grace, Cerulean Coast West, is directly to the west.
To get the Map Fragment:
- Head directly south from the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace, passing the Ghostflame Dragon. The Map Fragment is just ahead.
- Cerulean Coast Cross is a little further east of the Map Fragment.
If you go west of the Map Fragment, you’ll reach The Fissure. Depending on your progress in the game, The Fissure might be sealed by Marika or open for you to explore. If it’s sealed, you’ll need to unseal it to see what’s inside.
