To earn Echo EXP and level up your Echoes in Wuthering Waves, you’ll need Sealed Tubes. These come in three varieties: Basic, Medium, and Advanced, each providing a different amount of EXP.

How to Get Echo EXP in Wuthering Waves?

To get Echo EXP in Wuthering Waves, the process is similar to earning Resonator and Weapon EXP. You visit a specific Echo’s interface, use an item that provides Echo EXP, and pay some Shell Credits to upgrade it.

The items used to get Echo EXP are:

Basic Sealed Tube: 500 EXP
Medium Sealed Tube: 1000 EXP
Advanced Sealed Tube: 2000 EXP

Here’s how to access an Echo’s interface:

Through Your Backpack:

Open the main menu and select the Backpack.
Go to the Echo inventory.
Choose the Echo you want to level up and select ‘Upgrade’.

Via the Resonator’s Page (if the Echo is equipped):

Go to the Echo section of the Resonator’s page.
Click on the Echo you wish to upgrade and select ‘Upgrade’.

When upgrading, you can either use the ‘Auto Select’ function to use all available Sealed Tubes or manually select the amount.

To avoid using up all your Sealed Tubes, we recommend not using the ‘Auto Select’ function.

Focus on leveling up Echoes with Sub-Stats for better stat boosts to your Resonators.

Where to find Sealed Tubes in Wuthering Waves?

Sealed Tubes are essential for upgrading Echoes in Wuthering Waves, providing a significant EXP boost. You can earn them through various activities and quests.

How to Get Sealed Tubes in Wuthering Waves?

Basic and Medium Sealed Tubes:

Complete side quests like Secret Investigation.
Take on Boss Challenges and Tacet Field Challenges.
Earn rewards through Activity Points and Milestone Rewards.
Explore the world, open chests, and engage in other activities.
Participate in Depths of the Illusive Realm and Pioneer Podcast (the game’s battle pass).

Medium Sealed Tubes:

Earn them as rewards for leveling up your Data Bank.

Advanced Sealed Tubes:

Purchase them at the Souvenir Store in Jinzhou using 6 Wood-textured Shards.
Get them as rewards from the Relic Merchant when you collect Sonance Caskets through Casket Delivery.
Exchange items in the Store via the main menu: 10 Oscillated Coral, 10 Hazard Records, or 20 Data Sets for an Advanced Sealed Tube.
Earn them by leveling up your Data Bank, similar to the other Sealed Tubes.

By completing these activities and quests, you can gather plenty of Sealed Tubes to keep upgrading your Echoes efficiently.

How to level up your Echo Terminal in Wuthering Waves?

To boost your Echo Terminal, you just need to absorb Echoes, but not just any Echoes – you need to absorb new ones or higher-ranked ones if you’ve already caught them. You can find a complete list of all the Echoes in Wuthering Waves here.

Every time you absorb a new Echo, you gain Data Bank EXP. This levels up your Data Bank and, in turn, your Echo Terminal. It’s a cycle – the more Echoes you absorb, the more you level up. And as you level up, you can catch higher-ranked Echoes.
